The chair holder is Prof. Farouk YALAOUI, Director of the Institute Services and Industries of the Future of Troyes(ISIFT) and full-professor at University of Technology of Troyes, at the Laboratory of Optimization of Industrial Systems (LOSI). Author of three books, a brevet and more than 370 scientific publications, he is also vice-chair of IFAC TC group 5.2 and a member of National University Council (CNU). Dr. Quy NGUYEN has defended his thesis, entitled « Electric vehicle charging Optimization », in September 2017, at the University of Technology in Troyes. Since January 2018, he is a researcher in the Connected Innovation Chair and carries out his research in collaboration with the Industrial Systems Optimization Laboratory (LOSI). His research focuses on the problems of energy-constrained scheduling, malleable task scheduling and online scheduling (in an environment where information is unavailable). Dr. Elnaz ASADOLLAHI-YAZDI is a post-doctoral researcher at the Chair since November 2019 and carries out her research in collaboration with the Industrial Systems Optimization Laboratory (LOSI). Paulin COUZON is a PhD-student in the chair. He started his thesis in November 2017 and he is working on the optimization of Dynamic Pricing problems in production systems.
